We partner with our clients to design and deliver development programmes that are experiential, academically rigorous and deeply pragmatic. All of our leadership learning and development is designed for and with the client. This ensures that we develop the right capabilities and that leaders build the confidence to deliver the organisation’s strategy.

Our leadership development programmes vary in duration and content and can be delivered in most locations. We understand the impact of custom programmes and it’s a source of great pride that every programme we deliver is different.

Bespoke leadership development learning

Our leadership development learning is designed precisely for each client and can range in time from half a day to 6 months. We deliver our leadership development programmes in locations that suit our clients.

Our leadership development learning can include coaching, virtual workshops, assessments and working with partners to deliver the learning needed by the client.

Coaching for leadership development

Our experienced coaches create bespoke and transformative programmes to address a wide range of different challenges. These include dealing with complexity and change, career transitions, performance challenges, or burnout risks. Whilst each coaching engagement is unique, our key principles are consistent: we identify core motivations and focus on unleashing potential, we help deepen awareness, and we identify practical, purposeful steps to bring about change.

Leadership skills programmes

Focused on empowering managers to develop trusted talent and lead high-performing teams for sustainable success, these (up to a year-long) programmes equip leaders with the practical skills, behaviours and mindset to lead others effectively, and efficiently manage strategic priorities and day-to-day business operations. Encompassing group learning sessions, individual coaching, peer group meetings and frequent line manager check ins for sustained impact, we create a world-class curriculum for leaders - with a set of principles and models that will serve them beyond the life of the programme.

Experiential and immersive workshops

Immersive, visceral learning can form some of the most powerful, stickiest development for smart, time-poor managers.

Our award-winning immersive workshops create a safe environment for leaders to explore their impact on others in small groups. Experienced actors play specially-written scenarios where participants can ‘pause’ the action, discuss in small groups the behaviour of the characters, advise them, rehearse, replay and, most powerfully, replace the actors as they explore the best way to deal with difficult conversations or to manage performance. The action is followed by facilitated reflection, bringing insights back to leaders’ own context.

CASE STUDIES

Leadership Development: Global Travel Organisation

The Challenge

Our client challenged us to design and deliver a 3-day programme to launch an 18-month leadership development journey for a group of their Vice Presidents. Together we designed a programme that was both strategically stretching and personally meaningful, based on the themes of future thinking, inclusion, and growth.

The Outcome

A hugely successful programme that was impactful individually and collectively. Whilst it is early days to analyse return on investment, 100% of participants felt that the content was relevant, and 100% agreed that it had positively improved their intention to stay with the business.
