Unlocking potential and lifting performance

Here’s how we help

Executive Coaching

Our experienced coaches design bespoke and transformative coaching programmes to address a wide range of different challenges. These include dealing with complexity and change, career transitions, performance challenges, or burnout risks.

Whilst each coaching engagement is unique, our key principles are consistent: we identify core motivations and focus on unleashing potential, we help deepen awareness, and we devise practical, purposeful steps to bring about change.

We use coaching in the context of leadership development, team development and culture change.  We believe the client has the resources to realise their potential. We see the purpose of coaching as helping the client thrive in leadership and life.

Preparation and follow-up work is co-designed. The methodology used will match the individual’s identified needs.

How It Works

Our coaching for thriving approach

Thriving is a state of vitality, ongoing development and performance across multiple life roles.
Led by Gavin Weeks, our lead coach, our coaching for thriving centres around 4 areas that promote wellbeing and growth.
1. Energise - find personal sustainability
2. Engage - focus energy on what and who matters
3. Expand - chart a path to the future
4. Explore - engage in positive disruption.
