Debbie has a BA, BA Hons (Clinical/Counselling Psychology) cum laude , Higher Diploma of Education, and a BA Hons (Industrial Psychology) cum laude.

After graduating, she began her career as a researcher and consultant at the Human Sciences Research Council in South Africa. She then worked in various roles in business research and events for 13 years. After having her children, she ran an education consultancy for 11 years before relocating to the UK. The highest levels of professionalism, integrity and quality are important to her.
