Kadisha is an experienced HR executive and facilitator with over 20 years’ experience in global FTSE 200 businesses. She has worked across the full HR spectrum from ‘hiring to retiring’ and specialises in strategy formation, cultural transformation and implementation.


Kadisha spent a significant part of her career working in Switzerland with large global organisations developing their People & Culture strategies. She likes to get under the skin of organisations in order to understand the real challenges and opportunities they face. Her super power lies in being able to uncover the unsaid, win hearts and minds and operationalise the words of a strategy in order to create sustainable, culturally aligned systems . She has won multiple awards for her work both in the commercial arena and for cultural transformation projects. She has deep knowledge of M&A and in the past has worked on the ABI/SABMiller/Asahi deal, the Amcor/Bemis merger and the Cadbury/Kraft acquisition. Kadisha coaches and works with clients to design human centric systems and processes that help bring their vision and strategies to life.


Kadisha has a Law Degree and is a certified user of a range of psychometric assessment tools.
