What does this mean in practice? It’s about creating the structures, environments, principles, purpose – and space – for people to learn and grow, to bring all of their talents into work, to find meaning every day in what they do, to dare to take risks and ask questions, to find joy in work and to feel that their contribution – however small – truly matters.
